As part of the larger recruiting organization, we are responsible for identifying the smartest and most passionate individuals as well as developing scalable programs and processes that are in support of our diversity goals and objectives. We are looking for someone to leverage our platform and products and to partner with the broader University Recruitment and Inclusion and Diversity teams to help us develop a stronger and more diverse pipeline that represents our global users. Required Skills:

  1. Provide inputs to University Recruitment diversity strategy and goals

  2. Serve as the lead point of communication for all University diversity related questions and inquiries, both internal and external

  3. Utilize strong labor market expertise to identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative customized sourcing strategies for the University team

  4. Direct the work efforts and deploy resources to accomplish the diversity strategy outcomes

  5. Provide reporting to the University Recruitment leadership team re: the status and evolution of diversity initiatives

  6. Remain current with EEO and diversity-related laws, regulations and policies

  7. Provide diversity reports and updates to appropriate sub-teams and functions

  8. Track and manage the annual UR diversity budget providing updates when needed

  9. Work with key stakeholders to gain buy in and support for programs

  10. Provide opportunities for community building and networking throughout

  11. Plan, coordinate, implement and finalize programs

  12. Define program objectives, create schedules and oversee quality control

  13. Identify, assess and minimize program risks until successful program completion

  14. Assist in other initiatives, as needed

Experience:

  1. 3+ years of Recruiting experience

  2. 2+ years of Diversity focused initiative support and/or a strong passion for furthering diversity recruitment

  3. 2+ years of Project/Program management experience

  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  5. Ability to work cross-functionally

  6. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

  7. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

  8. Ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles
