Our team is looking for a strong team player to support our global developer community, enforce our principles and policies through scaled review processes and ensure the best possible user experience across our platform products.
Successful candidates for this team have a bias toward action, enjoy finding patterns amid chaos, making quick decisions, and have a passion for customer service through compassion and empathy. Candidates should also demonstrate the ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
Support Facebook Platform review processes for third party developers
Quantify and approach solving problems through data-driven methodology
Develop and lead end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery of critical platform initiatives
Interface effectively with both other teams within Facebook and our external developer community
Creatively contribute to growing developer support processes
Identify trends to enhance our review and support processes and improve team efficiency
Facebook user with an understanding of the Facebook product, Graph API and Facebook for Developers
Critical thinking skills and analysis capabilities
1+ years of experience in a customer facing support role
Project management and organizational abilities
Flexibility to take on multiple tasks both independently and within a team environment
1+ years of experience using SQL or other querying language
Experience working in a technical support capacity for app developers
Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
