Summary:

The CSI Ops Partnerships and Tech team is looking for an experienced Project Manager with cross-functional project management and technical experience. They will be a natural communicator who focuses priorities and conveys particular details to a team of stakeholders and engineers. Lastly, the candidate should have familiarity with or be willing to work on the intersection of tech, legal, payments compliance and law enforcement matters. This is a full-time position and is located in Menlo Park, CA.

Required Skills:

  1. Partner with our multiple compliance teams to coordinate the consolidation, tracking and communication of project requirements, priority and status to key stakeholders including engineers and leadership

  2. Identify, define, and drive new or existing team projects

  3. Stay connected with frontline practices and provide direct / specific input aimed at increasing operational efficiency with process, tooling, staffing or vendor integration

  4. Implement lightweight solutions for tracking and communicating project status

  5. Build subject matter expertise, stay up to date on technology, and identify key partnerships to help define team roadmap

  6. Serve as an escalation point for frontline difficulties where the next step to resolution is ambiguous

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. B.S. in a technical discipline or equivalent experience

  2. Experience in tech focused project management: software engineering/compliance technology/equivalent technical experience.

  3. Experience in managing tool implementations including new feature management and bug management

  4. Technical understanding of large scale software and/or hardware infrastructures

  5. Experience breaking down process and identifying key pain points in order to deliver operational and technical improvements

  6. Ability to evaluate priorities and manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment

  7. Organizational skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work across highly technical cross-functional teams

  8. Experience working in a web/internet start-up environment and/or technical infrastructure management experience

  9. Ability to motivate and adapt to different working styles based on teams involved

  10. Ability to work up/down level interactions with peers of all levels from front line analysts to managers and organizational leadership

  11. Experience in managing compliance/audit/financial/risk tools/systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. PMP or Agile certification
