We're looking for an entrepreneurial performance marketer who's passionate about developing a new global product education marketing program as part of our nimble team. The right person takes a data-driven approach and is strategic, innovative, and tactical. You'll be responsible for understanding and analyzing the target consumer, setting the strategy for what and how to educate consumers, and executing on those plans through a range of in-product marketing campaigns. If you've got the analytical chops, if you're a self-starter with a passion for product and consumers, and if you have a history of driving results, then you just might be the person for the job.
This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Menlo Park.
Craft a compelling picture of the people using your products with quantitative insights, qualitative insights, and audience segmentation.
Develop the strategy and drive execution for successful programmatic marketing based on audience segmentation and customer lifecycle marketing.
Own the positioning, messaging, creative assets, and strategies that drive our sentiment metrics, including providing clear guidance to creative teams in the development of creative to optimize and improve campaign performance
Lead and manage the efforts of internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure quality, on-time delivery of marketing programs and assets across multiple channels, keeping schedules, budgets, and reports.
Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset, create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems and translate them into easy-to-grasp concepts.
8+ years of performance marketing experience in the consumer internet and/or technology industry
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams
Demonstrated skills on both strategic and tactical levels
Proven project management skills
Demonstrated communication skills
- BA/BS degree with MBA
