This role will support the growth of our Communications and Public Policy teams and will be based in Menlo Park, California.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role

  2. Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches

  3. Develop and execute the research strategy to support our global resourcing needs including evolving our processes so we can streamline and innovate how we work with the business

  4. Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals

  5. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Legal, Finance, HR, Compensation)

  6. Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed

  7. Coordinate closely with recruiting team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis


  1. Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications or related field

  2. 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

    1. Knowledge of compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring

    2. Experience influencing senior leadership and executive teams in driving successful hiring initiatives and change

    3. Experience developing and executing fully comprehensive sourcing/recruitment plans for complex searches

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications or related field

  2. 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

  3. Knowledge of compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring

  4. Experience influencing leadership and executive teams

  5. Experience developing and executing sourcing/recruitment plans for searches

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience managing projects related to branding and campaigns

  2. Demonstrate ability to show structured communication and thinking
