You will do so by partnering with (internal) stakeholders/teams and building scalable solutions that provide business critical insights and metrics, while ensuring the best uptime and responsiveness.

Required Skills:

  1. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, work with cross-functional data and products teams and build efficient and scalable data solutions

  2. Provide leadership on critical business process functions to support our advertising operations

  3. Build data expertise, deep understanding of business domain knowledge and own data quality for allocated areas of ownership

  4. Write SQL queries and manage data transformation to enable analytics and reporting

  5. Support project development life cycles through data modeling, transformation, reporting and analytics

  6. Build rich and dynamic dashboards using out-of-box features, customizations, and creative visualizations using in-house tools as well as third party tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, D3.js, HighCharts, etc.

  7. Automate solutions where appropriate

  8. Manage a team & partner with sister teams to provide global coverage support for critical business intelligence and data warehousing operation

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS in Computer Science/Engineering, Math, Business Administration, or closely related, or foreign equivalent

  2. 5+ years hands-on experience in business intelligence and data warehousing

  3. 5+ years hands-on experience in SQL or similar languages

  4. 3+ years hands-on experience in MicroStrategy. Data architecture, data modeling, schema design and effective project management skills

  5. Proven experience in leading data-driven projects from definition through interpretation and execution

  6. Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion

  7. Communication skills

  8. Experience scaling and managing medium to large teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Development experience on large data sets and in at least one scripting language

  2. Experience in Tableau
