Facebook Administrative Assistant, Recruiting in Menlo Park, California

Facebook is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support 2-3 Recruiting Directors on the Technical Recruiting team. This person will work cross-functionally with high-level partners across engineering and other departments. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and will have the ability to manage large-scale meetings, content, and events. This person should be highly organized, energetic, detail-oriented, a problem-solver and exhibit sound judgment. This position is full-time and located in our Menlo Park Headquarters.

Required Skills:

  1. Strategic calendar management

  2. Build cross functional relationships between departments

  3. Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements

  4. Coordinate internal and external meetings for the Recruiting leadership team

  5. Assist with the development and preparation of presentations and other meeting materials

  6. Prepare & submit expense reports

  7. Create and maintain level of customer service with clients, recruiting partners and candidates that is unparalleled in the industry

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of administrative experience including support of a VP or C-level executive

  2. 5+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives

    1. 5+ years of calendar management and expense report management for 1 or more executives

    2. BA/BS degree required

    3. Experience in Microsoft Office

    4. Experience in event planning

    5. Experience in space planning

    6. Experience in agenda preparation

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience within Engineering teams

  2. Experience in Recruiting
