Summary:
Facebook is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support 2-3 Directors on our People Operations team. The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and heavy international travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Facebook ecosystem. This position is full-time and located in our Menlo Park Headquarters.

Required Skills:

  1. Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives

  2. Manage hectic and complex calendars

  3. Build cross-functional relationships between departments

  4. Assist with the new hire on-boarding

  5. Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions

  6. Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements

  7. Organize space planning and large offsite events

  8. General office duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of experience providing direct administrative support to 1 or more executives

    1. 4+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives

    2. 4+ years of direct calendar management and expense report management for 1 or more executives

    3. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

    4. Experience juggling multiple projects

    5. Experience planning off-site events

    6. Experience handling confidential information

    7. Experience with space management and planning

    8. BA/BS
