Facebook is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support 1 Director and 2 Managers on our Infrastructure team. This position is full-time and located in our Menlo Park Headquarters.
Coordinate internal and external meetings for 1 Director and 2 Managers
Manage hectic and complex calendars with daily changes
Prepare expense reports
Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
Organize space planning and large offsite events
General office duties as needed
Build cross-functional relationships between departments
Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly
Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation
4+ years of recent, full-time administrative (supporting 2 or more executive members) or Project Manager experience working with execs (recent is within last 3-5 years)
4+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 2 or more executives
4+ years of calendar management and expense report management for 2 or more executives
Experience planning events
Experience prioritizing multiple projects
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with pace planning and management
Experience with relationship building across departments
