Summary:
Facebook is seeking a strong and experienced marketing and sales professional to help build and sell advertising solutions to major clients within the Retail industry. As Client Partner you will contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid and strong growth. This role will require an experienced media/marketing professional who can not only establish strong relationships with key accounts, but also create and execute a business plan to drive profitable growth for both the client & Facebook. With proven understanding of both traditional and online media, you will develop industry-specific marketing relationships and drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities with strategic clients. Experience in brand marketing and working with major media agency groups is required. The ideal candidate will also have a good understanding of performance based marketing campaigns. Success in this position requires a blend of strong consultative sales and analytical skills, proven ability to reach and influence executive level customers, close new business and provide holistic marketing solutions.

Required Skills:

  1. Serve as an industry thought leader in order to drive vertical and client success leveraging Facebook’s ongoing product and technology developments

  2. Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and Facebook marketing solutions

  3. Identify and prioritize business opportunities, build pitches & close with clients & agencies

  4. Exhibit executive presence and confidence in presenting Facebook to C-suite executives

  5. Drive education on Facebook product, company updates and share Facebook best practices as relevant to client or agencies' business

  6. Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service

  7. Accurately and effectively manage sales pipeline in order to prioritize business opportunities and resources

  8. Reach and exceed personal sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals

  9. Methodic coordination & communication across various sales & marketing departments and Cross Functional roles

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. University degree in Business or Marketing related subject

  2. Background in Marketing, Media, Advertising, Sales or Consulting (Traditional media sales and/or marketing experience strongly preferred)

  3. Experience supporting the execution of account growth strategy and action plans as part of a team

  4. Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy

  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills

  6. Proven and consistent track record of executing against growth & sales targets

  7. End to End business & project management skills

  8. Ability to move fast, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic, quickly-changing environment

  9. Facebook and Instagram user and familiarity with both Facebook and Instagram's commercial offering

  10. Strong passion for Facebook and our mission

  11. Fluent in Spanish English
