Facebook is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and high-energy Program Specialist. The role will support the University Recruiting team with the objective of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume interview activity and processing offers. This is a permanent opportunity based in our London office.

Required Skills:

  1. Coordinating phone, onsite and bluejeans interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency.

  2. Coordinate candidate travel & the candidate expenses process.

  3. Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date.

  4. Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates.

  5. Meeting and greeting candidates who are onsite for interview.

  6. Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates.

  7. Perform administrative duties as required to support the corporate development team.

  8. Work closely with other coordinators on cross-functional teams.

  9. Create and manage set of events for candidate/intern community

    1. Field large volumes of programmatic questions and triage to appropriate internal POCs

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BS/BA degree

  2. High volume coordination experience

  3. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently

  4. Excellent organizational skills

  5. Exceptional attention to detail

  6. Project management experience preferred
