As part of the larger recruiting organization, we are responsible for identifying the smartest and most passionate individuals as well as developing scalable programs and processes that are in support of our diversity goals and objectives. We are looking for someone to leverage our platform and products and to partner with the broader University Recruitment team to help us develop a stronger and more diverse pipeline that represents our global users. This is a permanent opportunity based in our London office.

Required Skills:

  1. Design and execute customized, full-cycle staffing plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results possible

  2. Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques

  3. Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with partner groups, and with the recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results

  4. Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders

  5. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams)

  6. Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/ or hiring needs that may spike in other areas

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrable Recruiting experience, University Recruiting experience strongly preferred

  2. Technical Recruiting experience preferred, but not required

  3. Ability to work cross-functionally

    1. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

    2. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

    3. Ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles
