Summary:
Facebook is seeking an experienced team lead and people manager l to join its EMEA Publisher Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Client Partners and Publisher Development Managers to acquire, optimize and grow our the Audience Network in North Europe. The team under management is focused on adoption and growth of our products in the mobile app eco system and with ‘born online’ publishers.This position requires demonstrated management expertise, marketplace expertise, ability to foster executive level Publisher relationships and a passion for growing Facebook’s Audience Network business.

Required Skills:

  1. Management of both Client Partners and Publisher Development Managers. Focus on people coaching, development and performance management

  2. Excellence in strategic account management and SSS growth

  3. support and lead revenue and account planning for current customer base

  4. Report on revenue trends, market feedback, business forecasting and goaling

  5. Foster relationships with C-level executives at top-tier publisher client focused on mobile app eco system and app developers. Support team in negotiations and contract terms for new publisher, content owners and distributors

  6. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 10-12 years of proven sales and account management experience in digital marketing

  2. Demonstrated ability to coach and manage a range of IC levels and multiple functional roles at one time

  3. Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape

    1. Ability to develop strong relationships and engage in strategic conversations with senior executives with publishers, content owners, and key content distributors

    2. Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills

    3. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, fluid and collaborative environment

    4. Track record of closing business and driving long and complex sales cycles

    5. BA or BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
