Required Skills:

  1. Manage end to end recruitment process for both university and intern hiring ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

  2. Collaborate with hiring manager to understand hiring needs and goals, and to develop, implement, and execute a custom hiring strategy

  3. Identify and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques

  4. Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, generating offer letters

  5. Foster relationships with key stakeholders at targeted universities

  6. Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders

  7. Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Facebook and our talent acquisition team

  8. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams)

  9. Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/ or hiring needs that may spike in other areas

  10. Partner with other university recruiting team members to collaborate on campus recruiting efforts

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of Recruiting experience, University Recruiting experience preferred

  2. Excellent communication skills

  3. Ability to work cross-functionally

  4. Consultative qualities and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization as well as externally

  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

  6. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

  7. Ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles
