Facebook is seeking a highly quantitative measurement professional with direct response/performance marketing experience to drive Facebook DR strategy in the UK.
The measurement team is charged with demonstrating ROI/value of the platform, developing best practices and informing product development.
This role will be working directly with UK clients, agencies and the Facebook sales team to recommend methodologies, approaches and complex test matrices in order to drive strategic learnings in the area of direct response and performance marketing across a number of verticals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Facebook and online advertising, intellectually curious, a fast learner and able to move fast while keeping focused on high impact projects. They should demonstrate a strong understanding of the media landscape and an ability to apply quantitative techniques to understand consumer behavior and ad effectiveness through methodologies and products across a number of verticals. This position is full time and located in London.
Responsible for developing and delivering the DR strategy for UK.
Partner with Facebook sales team to drive deeper, more strategic relationships with Facebook clients and agencies through identity based measurement and evaluation.
Develop and implement tailored DR measurement programs for Facebook clients (Ecom/retail).
Educate clients and agencies on Facebook measurement and research capabilities
Establish and develop best practices for campaign management.
End to end management of offline and online lift studies.
Work on White Papers and thought leadership pieces for DR and performance marketing measurement.
10+yrs experience in DR/Performance Marketing
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, currently pursuing an advanced degree in statistics, economics, behavioral or social science or a related quantitative degree. preferred.
Solid experience of performance marketing and a solid understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem and technologies most commonly used.
Well- developed interpersonal, team building, relationship management and influencing skills.
Excellent understanding of social platforms, related APIs and ad products.
Statistical and data analysis experience with a solid track record of inspiring action. based on data-driven insights.
