With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, the CSM is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. This position is based in our London office.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop a deep knowledge of Digital Marketing, and accompanying Facebook solutions

  2. Demonstrate strong industry knowledge, and in-depth understanding of the UK retail, e-commerce and grocery markets

  3. Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners)

  4. Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross functional teams

  5. In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners

  6. Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships

  7. Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions

  8. Drive education on Facebook product, company updates and share Facebook best practices as relevant to client or agencies' business

  9. Influence product innovation based on client needs and feedback

    1. Media Planning, Strategy, and Measurement

    2. Provide and oversee Facebook marketing strategy, align with client's key business objectives

    3. Translate business objectives into campaign strategy, proposing campaign structures and implementing measurement solution (derive actionable insights, synthesize results into recommendations)

    4. Manage planning, execution, ongoing reporting and optimization of campaigns (oversee budget spend, manage internal analytics and dashboards, provide optimization and real time targeting recommendations)

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience planning, delivering, and executing media, measurement, and creative strategy

  2. Experience working with marketing and/or media companies

  3. Experience working with Retail, E-commerce and Grocery businesses preferred

  4. Experience aligning solutions and measurement to client business objectives

  5. Experience presenting to external stakeholders at a variety of levels

  6. Experience as a Facebook user and familiarity with Facebook’s ad products preferred

  7. Advanced Excel skills

  8. Strong project management abilities, with experience completing projects with minimal direction with high attention to detail

  9. Experience providing insights and campaign optimizations/recommendations

  10. Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners

  11. Experience leading and managing initiatives with support from team/manager

  12. Experience supporting the execution of account growth strategy and action plans as part of a team

  13. Demonstrated experience analyzing data sets and delivering actionable insights

  14. Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions

  15. Ability to guide adoption of products/solutions

  16. Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders - anticipating challenges and objections, providing solutions and guidance with support

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's level degree preferred

  2. Experience working with a Grocery business preferred
