Summary:
Facebook is looking for a Client Solutions Manager to work as an integral member of our Global Sales team consulting with some of the most exciting CPG companies and brands in the world. In this role, you will build customer and partner relationships, and deliver on strategic initiatives with our multi-channel advertisers. At the heart of this role, one will work on all facets of the Facebook offering, Ad and Pages Strategy, Creative Consultation and Measurement. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, this role will align work with partners across Sales to develop industry-specific marketing relationships, drive and upsell revenue by optimizing complex opportunities with strategic clients. We look for candidates who enjoy solving complex problems through technical and analytical excellence and commercial acumen, synthesizing disparate pieces of information into concrete recommendations, and project managing multiple streams of work. You should have a deep passion for and understanding of Facebook, our advertising tools, and our advertising philosophy. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, and an approach towards creating solutions for clients/brands with a focus on client servicing, intrinsic curiosity for product and technology and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.

Required Skills:

  1. Work with the advertiser to understand their business objectives and develop media plans and strategies on Facebook best suited to deliver the same

  2. Provide dedicated account management to top clients, partner together with the sales team to develop, manage, optimize, and support strategic account plans, apply consultative sales strategies and leverage data and product knowledge to create business solutions for clients

  3. Assist in the resolution of advertiser issues including campaign performance, product bugs, invoicing and credit as well as drive productivity and best practices

  4. Manage and analyze campaign performance to recommend optimized solutions specific to each clients’ goals, metrics, and objectives, including leveraging large and abstract datasets to provide easily understandable and actionable insights for advertising campaigns

  5. Work cross-functionally with teams across Facebook to be up to date on Product, Measurement and Creative to constantly be improving customer experience and the holistic value proposition

  6. Manage advertiser Page education, questions and related issues in order to build a strong foundation for client’s Facebook presence

  7. Develop vertical expertise, including industry research and perspective, to drive clients overall business objectives and marketing solutions

  8. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Excellent critical thinking, analytical and technical skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to solve problems in a structured manner

    1. Strong ability to apply rigor, methodologies and use technology to execute, assess, and explain complex brand and performance marketing solutions

    2. Demonstrated ability to develop and manage cross functional/partner as well as client relationships in complex and rapidly evolving environment

    3. Excellent communication, influence, presentation skills

    4. Knowledge of online advertising and/or measurement methods and technologies

    5. Familiarity with traditional brand advertising/media planning

    6. A passion for and understanding brand and performance solutions

    7. Minimum experience of 7 years in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment strongly preferred

    8. Strong passion for Facebook and our mission and familiarity with Facebook’s ad products

    9. Self-starter, dynamic, flexible, hard-working, and highly organized
