Our Recruiting team is looking for an experienced Recruiter to support the expansion of our Global Marketing & Sales team in EMEA. This is a permanent position based in our Dublin office.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage full cycle recruiting process for our Global Marketing & Sales organization

  2. Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for multiple requisitions

  3. Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals

  4. Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates

  5. Create ongoing candidate engagement plan for the Tel Aviv site including event planning

  6. Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers

  7. Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis

  8. Drive the offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates and generating offer letters

  9. Work with Human Resources team to on-board new hires

    1. Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Facebook and our talent acquisition team

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Passionate about Facebook product and able to speak to our technology/industry

  2. Extensive experience recruiting and sourcing for Sales/Marketing roles across all levels from entry-level to executive positions within EMEA Recruiting experience across multiple departments and with a multinational company a plus

  3. Patient, communicative, team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills

  4. Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process

  5. Interest in contributing to the Facebook mission and goals

  6. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
