Facebook is seeking a Global Resiliency Program Manager to be part of a team that will strategically develop and implement global programs that support employees at Facebook locations around the world who are exposed to reoccurring traumatic content. The person in this role will collaboratively design, influence and make a direct impact in the development of the integrated resiliency program based on best practices from research. The person in this role will be part of a team that will collaborate closely with the Legal, People, Community Operations, Informational Security and Engineering teams.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop, implement and manage an evidence-based global resiliency program for employees impacted by repeated exposure to graphic content

  2. Design and provide supportive services to employees in high stress situations

  3. Facilitate individual and group resiliency coaching sessions

  4. Partner with business leaders to understand work impact, stress levels and propose solutions

  5. Make appropriate referrals to company available resources

  6. Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendor partners

  7. Leverage best practices from industry in influencing and driving a scalable program

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Masters or PhD degree in social work or psychology

  2. 5+ years of experience working with individuals suffering from trauma and/or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

  3. Analytical, problem solving skills and project management skills

  4. Interpersonal relationship, strategic partnership and influencing skills

  5. Ability to work with minimum supervision and lead multiple projects simultaneously involving various groups, locations, and vendors

  6. Communication, cross-group collaboration, and interpersonal skills

  7. Organization skills and detail oriented

  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity

  9. Ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience working in a corporate setting
