Facebook’s Global Employment Brand Team is seeking an Employment Brand Manager for EMEA to drive strategy and execution of our recruitment marketing and brand efforts in region. In this role, you'll develop marketing campaigns to promote Facebook as a great place to work and authentically communicate about our unique culture. This is a highly collaborative role; you’ll partner across Recruiting, Comms, PR, Engineering and Business to identify opportunities and solutions to support recruiting goals. You have a track record of building beautiful and engaging marketing content. Your passion for smart and creative ideas, along with your resourcefulness will be a great addition to the superpowers of this team. Optimism and out-of-the-box thinking are most welcome. This position is based in Dublin or London.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage day-to-day planning and execution of employment brand efforts to support regional hiring initiatives. Create marketing programs and campaigns, from brief development to implementation, including
  2. Work with partners to determine internal and external needs. Create marketing goals and objectives for our hiring areas

  3. Develop content for our website and recruiting channels, manage execution

  4. Manage ad campaign strategy for the region and by business area

  5. Leverage opportunities to engage employees in employment branding efforts

  6. Evaluate metrics, report on campaign results and determine ROI

  7. Positively position and increase brand awareness for Facebook as a company to work for

  8. Apply expertise in campaign development and execution across different skills, markets, locations, and segments and assist with the development and delivery of both digital and non-digital employment branding assets

  9. Create engaging content to share through our channels, including website and blog features, photos, videos, mobile games and puzzles, print collateral, event properties, and communication templates

    1. Strategically use Facebook products in recruitment efforts, i.e. LIVE video, 360 video, Messenger, Instagram, Facebook ad products Champion diversity and inclusion internally and externally

    2. Collaborate with design, production and web development teams

    3. Positively impact the candidate and employee experience

    4. Experience of using data, and analytics to drive better ROI measures to digital campaigns

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business

  2. 5+ years relevant recruitment marketing experience

  3. Experience in social media or digital media industries

  4. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

  5. Strong creative perspective to bring fresh ideas

  6. Strong ability to integrate business needs into creative marketing campaigns

  7. Ability to independently identify and act on priorities and leverage opportunities

  8. Ability to articulate concepts and solutions

  9. Exceptional cross-functional, matrix / stakeholder and leadership skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization

  10. Willing to wear multiple hats, able to deliver high-quality results in an ambiguous and rapidly changing business environment
