This role will be part of the Marketing Science Team focused on supporting our Small Business organization through the scaling of insights and solutions for measurement, audience insights, auction delivery and marketing best practices. The EMEA Marketing Science Partner will work directly with the SMB high value account teams executing proactive scalable programs in market, delivering education & training and providing consultative support including advising, executing and interpreting studies. This role is also responsible for provide regional insights and learnings to the Global Marketing Science Team to influence the scalable programs, products, solutions and support provided to the SMB Team and advertisers.

This is a full-time position and is located in Dublin, Ireland.

Required Skills:

  1. Serve as the day-to-day marketing science contact for the SMB High Value account teams as they pertain to measurement, auction and consumer insights.

  2. Execute strategy for supporting SMB organization through scaled marketing science efforts.

  3. Partner with and train sales teams to drive flawless execution and delivery of standard measurement techniques. Surface insights, learnings and best practices from the EMEA Team to the Global Team to distribute at a broader scale.

  4. Lead trainings/education for the account teams through dedicated sessions, group boot camps, and topic based office hours. Help activate marketing calendar/content for managed SMB tier in EMEA including but not limited to webinars, newsletters, and SMB events including agency/partner roadshows.

  5. Collect feedback and questions from client/sales organizations and trainings and allow for this feedback to influence future research/studies and key investment areas for Marketing Science.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of relevant experience, media/marketing measurement or analytics experience and general love of data.

  2. Understanding of online advertising and familiarity with branding and performance advertising and marketing frameworks, including ad effectiveness measurement techniques.

  3. Familiarity with survey research methods and considerations.

  4. Statistical analysis experience valuable, including but not limited to experimental design.

  5. Experience inspiring action based on data-driven insights including influencing advertiser planning and buying behavior.

  6. Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.

  7. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to varying audiences.

  8. Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree in psychology, statistics, economics, behavioral or social science or a related quantitative field preferred.
