We have an exciting opportunity to work with some of the most dynamic, progressive and disruptive brands in the world. We are looking for someone with experience of building highly impactful, digital-first ideas that deliver powerful results for brands. You must have a strong understanding of consumer behaviour in digital environments and an ability to build creative ideas that leverage emerging technologies in innovative ways. You must be nimble and have an appetite for experimentation and learning. You should be passionate about shipping great work.

We are looking for someone with very strong conceptual and story-telling skills who has worked as a Creative Leader in a creative agency, digital agency, publisher or client company. Experience working with disruptor brands would be particularly advantageous. Experience building effective work in digital and mobile channels is essential. You must have a high creative bar, great imagination and the work to prove it. Most of all you should be a builder, a doer and a natural collaborator; happy getting your hands dirty developing creative with creative agencies and directly with clients. This role is to be the expert in concept development and story-telling for the Digital Native Creative Shop team. You will be based in Dublin but should have an expectation of frequent travel to other regions in EMEA.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop innovative ideas, in partnership with key internal and external partners, that will positively influence the way digital native brands market on Facebook and Instagram

  2. Ship a range of creative work that demonstrates how this works in practice. From lighthouse advertising ideas in partnership with talented people within clients and agencies, to systems that inspire and provide guidance to those we can’t work with hand-in-hand.

  3. Contribute at every stage of the creative development process – identifying insights, articulating ideas, write scripts, developing storyboards, art directing and editing videos, building posts

  4. Re imagine storytelling techniques for digital native brands

  5. challenging convention and channeling insights from Facebook and beyond.

  6. Build scalable learning programs that immerse key clients and agencies in creative best practice

  7. Work with the advertising product development teams on Facebook and Instagram to learn and use new product solutions that drive innovation for digital native brands, and consult on the development of future advertising product.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of experience as copywriter/creative director, with a creative agency, digital agency, publisher or client

  2. Empathy and enthusiasm for businesses – big and small – and brands of all kinds, with a particular affinity for digital native businesses

  3. Working knowledge of performance marketing and experience in developing direct response creative

  4. A hands-on approach to generating and articulating strategically grounded, insightful ideas through prototyping, testing, learning, optimizing and scaling

  5. Very strong conceptual and storytelling skills that enable you to turn challenging briefs and inspirational insights into game-changing ideas

  6. Strong presentation, ideation and moderation skills – you must be able to own a room regardless of who is in it

  7. Entrepreneurial and energetic - we’re still only 1% done at Facebook

  9. Experience with PowerPoint and Keynote is essential. Experience with InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop would be an advantage
