The CSM for Facebook’s Global Marketing Solutions team is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, master our platform and products, and become an expert in media planning, strategy and measurement to our top media agency partners. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, this role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. The CSM will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales, technical and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. Facebook Benelux is seeking for a CSM with experience in the performance/Travel/eComm world. This specific role has the unique opportunity to drive one of our key strategic travel accounts, one that is strongly focused on optimal performance and product development and requires someone with deep digital knowledge plus the ability to work in a complex environment with many stakeholders. This position is based in our EMEA HQ in Dublin and reports into the Head of Client Solutions Benelux.

    1. Unlock key innovation opportunities (beta/alpha)

    2. Identify up-sell opportunities across your accounts and partner with the Client Partners to drive incremental revenue

    3. Media Planning, Strategy & Measurement, and Optimization

    4. Translates business objectives into campaign strategy, proposing campaign structures and implementing measurement solution (derive actionable insights, synthesize results into recommendations)

    5. Manages and consults on complex advertising solutions and integrations.

    6. Manages revenue delivery and budget spend, including optimization and recommendations.

    7. Conduct deep data analyses and create reporting to support/define optimal strategy optimisation and decision making

    8. Project management

    9. Develops a deep understanding of client’s business, business objectives and competitive landscape

    10. Manages complex work streams and internal and external stakeholder management

    11. Works and collaborates with our cross functional partners and manage internal stakeholders

    12. Together with Client Partner responsible to meet our ambitious objectives in our joint partnership plan

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree preferred

  2. 5+ years’ experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies

  3. Experience working within eComm, Travel, Digital Native industry or business trends in the industry (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM)

  4. Extensive experience as a Facebook user and familiarity with Facebook’s ad products preferred

  5. Advanced Excel skills, experience with analysing data-sets and delivering actionable insights

  6. Knowledge of SQL or relational databases preferred

  7. A senior when it comes to marketing science/measurement

  8. Extensive experience aligning solutions and measurement to client business objectives and supporting the execution of account growth strategy and action plans

  9. Strong project management abilities, with experience completing projects with minimal direction with high attention to detail

  10. Experience leading and managing initiatives, with support from team/manager

  11. Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders - anticipating challenges and objections, providing solutions and guidance with support

  12. Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and communicate and work effectively on a team, in a complex and/or remote environment

  13. Frequent travel required, mainly to Amsterdam, infrequent to London and our HQ in US

  14. English required, Dutch preferred

Industry: Internet
