Facebook is seeking a rock star Agency Partner to work with the leading media agencies and wider relevant agency landscape running a specific book of business as well as leading our efforts across channels, functions and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling cross-network marketing solutions to multi-channel advertisers and a proven ability to reach and influence executive level customers and drive new business. Additionally, the candidate will have experience leading, coaching and influencing people to generate positive results. This role is pivotal to Facebook's success and is a unique opportunity to help shape the wider sales team. This position is located in our Stockholm office in Sweden.

Required Skills:

  1. Evangelize Facebook with Agencies and Clients as well as at targeted events, conferences and media opportunities

  2. Champion Facebook product releases internally and externally

  3. Establish senior-level advertising agency relationships with MD’s and CEO’s with a focus on driving strategic revenue, agency education & agency satisfaction

  4. Serve as an industry thought leader in social media and digital advertising and adapt to Facebook’s ongoing product and technology developments

  5. Create and present needs-based solutions and high quality answers to RFPs via telephone, webinar and customer meetings

  6. Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals

  7. Accurately forecast and efficiently allocate resources to drive profitable business results

  8. Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and Facebook marketing solutions

  9. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers

    1. Work with clients as well as creative and media agencies to drive critical advertising initiatives through to delivery

    2. Build wrap up decks for clients and agencies and analyze campaign statistics to recommend optimized solutions specific to each clients’ goals, metrics, and objectives

    3. Orchestrate support, consult, troubleshoot and resolve issues on Pages & Platform, liaising with internal and external execution teams

    4. Activate and project-manage social technology programs including but not limited to: Preferred Marketing Developers, Facebook Pages and Platform

    5. Always deliver the highest level of customer service and present Facebook solutions in a compelling, positive and professional way

    6. Provide and share key learning’s and best practices to your peers and be a role model for the ethos of Facebook

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Extensive experience worked for or with agencies on client/brand side with demonstrated track record in sales and marketing in a sales/commission-based role ideally in a media sales capacity to leading advertising agencies

  2. Leadership credibility and ability to influence, develop, and empower a small team to achieve their best and flourish

  3. Personal network in place with senior agency contacts

  4. Relationships with top marketing decision makers at F500 companies and agencies

  5. Proven track record of successfully growing revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships

  6. Experience of working in matrix organisations

  7. Strong understanding of Facebook user behavior and how technology works

  8. Passion for Facebook and our mission

  9. Interest in technology and the ability to explain complex concepts in everyday terms

  10. Excellent communication and presentation skills

  11. Ability to move fast, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic, quickly changing environment

  12. Fluency in Danish and English required
