Our culture is our most important asset, and as the keepers of that culture, we’re seeking folks who share our values of moving fast, openness and impact As a Recruiter you will develop, drive and execute on the staffing strategies that support a booming organization, recruiting candidates to all Latin America offices focused on our Global Marketing Solutions Organization. The position is a full time position and will be based at our Buenos Aires office.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage full cycle recruiting process for our Global Marketing Solutions open roles, working to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy

  2. Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals

  3. Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates

  4. Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers

  5. Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis

  6. Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters

  7. Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Facebook and our talent acquisition team

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Passionate about Facebook product and able to speak to our technology/industry

  2. Preference for 6+ years experience recruiting for all levels of an organization, from entry-level to executive positions

    1. Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process

    2. Experience recruiting candidates in other Latin America countries, such as Argentina, Mexico and Colombia

    3. Interest in contributing to the Facebook mission and goals

    4. Spanish and English advanced skills. Portuguese is a plus

    5. Analytical and data-driven approach to solving problems

    6. Comfortable working through ambiguity and uncertainty

    7. Ability to independently identify and act on priorities and leveraged opportunities

    8. Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
