Facebook is looking for a high caliber business leader to be the Director of Client Solutions Manager (CSM) for Latin America. The team is an important part of our Sales Organization, focused on strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. In this fast-paced environment you will be providing guidance and direction in multiple functional areas and liaising with other organizations within the company, including Measurement, Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering and Finance.   This position works regionally with our teams, partners, and clients in Latin America.

Required Skills:

  1. Work in a partnership with regional sales team to share, establish, and improve best sales experience to our partners and customers

  2.   Manage a team allocated in 5 different offices: São Paulo, Buenos Aires, Bogota, Mexico City, and Miami

  3.   Manage daily operations, goal setting, careers, and growth of all CSM team in Latin America

  4.   Manage and influence on how the team leverages large and abstract datasets to provide easily understandable and actionable insights for advertising campaigns

  5.   Scale the team by capitalizing on opportunities for increased effectiveness and efficiency by driving key automation and productivity initiatives

  6.   Work with local, regional, and global cross-functional teams to share, establish, and improve best practices and procedures

  7.   Manage and influence on how develops innovative and entirely new methods for planning, managing, and implementing Facebook advertising campaigns

  8.   Develop research and insights that will help Facebook further develop and evolve our advertising platform and guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 15+ years plus experience in a relevant field

    1. 5+ years plus as people manager

    2. Excellent media market experience and understanding across media channels

    3. Experience and understanding of LATAM advertising markets

    4. Ability to manage and coach a high performing team to even greater heights

    5. Ability to think strategically and maximize medium to long-term opportunities

    6. Proven negotiation ability

    7. Demonstrated ability of translating strategy into a successful outcome

    8. Proven experience of LATAM market in a relevant field

    9. Fluent in English is a must and Spanish/Portuguese is desirable
