Summary:
Facebook is looking for an experienced manager who can scale a high performing team of Client Solutions Managers. As a CSM Manager, you will guide a highly talented team of individuals who look after Facebook’s top advertisers from multiple industries in South Cone market. In this fast-paced environment, you will work within an account team to develop and grow deeper partnerships with clients. This position will be based in our Buenos Aires office.

Required Skills:

  1. Collaborate to drive the expansion of Facebook's Branding and Direct Response business

  2. Build the solution’s strategy for each vertical and support the team to cascade to all clients

  3. Manage day-to-day operations, goal setting, careers, and growth of Client Solutions Manager team

  4. Scale the team by capitalizing on opportunities for increased effectiveness and efficiency by driving key automation and productivity initiatives

  5. Oversee ads delivery and revenue recognition for all businesses

  6. Work directly with top tier brands and agencies as a Facebook advertising expert

  7. Educate clients on Facebook’s advertising processes, tools, products, and best practices

  8. Strategize, plan, and implement all elements of clients advertising campaigns with a focus on efficiency and scalability

  9. Consistently monitor advertising campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimize and improve return on investment

    1. Work with local, regional, and global cross functional teams to share, establish, and improve best practices and procedures

    2. Develop innovative and entirely new methods for planning, managing, and implementing Facebook advertising campaigns

    3. Develop research and insights that will help Facebook further develop and evolve our advertising platform and guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree required

  2. 10+ years of working experience

  3. 5+ years of management experience

  4. Experience working at strategic consulting companies is desirable

  5. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to act independently

  6. Ability to thrive and lead a team in a constantly changing environment

  7. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details

  8. Ability to collaborate and work effectively on a team

  9. Ability to confidently present to external clients

  10. Solid problem solving and analytical skills

  11. Experience inspiring action through data driven insights

  12. Experience managing online advertising campaigns is a plus

  13. Experience on CPG, Telco, E-commerce, Travel and/or Retail industry is a plus

  14. Experience managing data with SQL is a plus

  15. Advanced Spanish and English are required
