Come join the team responsible for working on any and all things related to risk & payments on Facebook. Our team drives initiatives to improve value provided to payers by maintaining a healthy platform and providing the best client experience possible. We organize a global service operation that delivers proactive and reactive support for all payment products on the Facebook platform across advertising, games, person-to-person payments, donations, and other emerging products.

Required Skills:

  1. Build workforce management across multiple locations / products / workflows

  2. Understand and build workforce management plan from forecast, capacity planning and scheduling

  3. Improve the team's tooling to monitor performance & workforce management globally

  4. Constantly challenge the environment: third party contracts, infrastructure (reporting & routing, etc.), reporting to drive up quality & efficiency of the operation

  5. Prepare the future of service ecosystem - how to scale operation globally

  6. Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams to implement scaled support

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience building out global service/support operations focused on risk and payments

  2. 2+ years of experience defining and tracking support metrics and implementing programs to improve performance

  3. 1+ years of experience building out merchant risk models to reduce losses

  4. Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance

  5. Experience communicating the results of analyses in an effective manner

  6. Experience working with global teams and/or supporting global products
