As part of the larger recruiting organization, we are responsible for identifying the smartest and most passionate individuals as well as developing scalable programs and processes that are in support of our diversity goals and objectives. We are looking for someone to leverage our platform and products and to partner with the broader University Recruitment and Diversity teams to help us develop a stronger and more diverse pipeline that represents our global users. Required Skills:

  1. Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet FB business objectives

  2. Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with client groups

  3. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. GMS- Global Marketing Solutions organization)

  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key universities while also sourcing from a broad range of talent pools to identify the best and most diverse set of candidates

  5. Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates

  6. Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers

  7. Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis

  8. Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, generating offer letters

  9. Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Facebook and our talent acquisition team


  1. BA/ BS or equivalent experience

  2. 2+ years recruiting experience

  3. Broad knowledge of compensation and general HR requirements

  4. Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally

  5. Passionate about Facebook and able to speak to our technology/industry

  6. Excellent social media skills, ability to market roles creatively

  7. Solid tech and university knowledge with ability to understand relevant business skills, target companies, conferences, niche communities within universities

  8. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate strongly at all levels of the organization

Minimum Qualifications:
