Summary:

Facebook is seeking a Finance Quality Assurance Manager to join the Finance team in Austin, TX. The company is in a period of exceptional growth and we want people to join us who are ready for the challenge of helping us build and scale. This role will be responsible for leading and managing the Facebook Quality Assurance Team in performing quality assurance of services performed by our Outsourcing Partner across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Travel and Expenses. Success in this role involves an ability to think critically, plan and lead effectively while collaborating across Global Location’s. The successful candidate will be expected to be an energetic, highly driven, solution focused individual that can work well with internal and external partners at all levels. The ability to lead the team in a consistent philosophy and approach and build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external partners is critical in this role.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead & manage the Quality Assurance team in performing Quality Assurance of services outsourced to our BPO Partner across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Travel and Expenses

  2. Lead the team in driving a consistent approach across our Quality Assurance function including standardization of our methodology, sampling, reporting, analytics and governance structures

  3. Build and maintain strong working relationships with our Outsourcing Business Partner identifying opportunities for improvements in service delivery

  4. Build and maintain strong working relationships within Facebook Finance across our Operations teams providing insights into recommended areas for process improvement’s or system automations

  5. Communicate and collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders through transparency and partnership

  6. Collaborate across functions and locations to harmonize deliverables and solutions

  7. Provide support to finance leadership and other cross functional partners as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience leading and managing a team of finance professionals

  2. 8+ years finance & accounting experience with a large, fast-growing, multi-national company

  3. Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting or Finance

  4. Attention to detail, analytical skills, time-management skills, organized, pro-active listener, self-starter

  5. Results driven, resourceful and proactive in chasing progress, resolving problems and effective in issue resolution in order to get things done by overcoming obstacles

  6. Inter-personal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. CPA, or equivalent qualification

  2. Experience working with or in support of diverse communities

  3. Internal Audit experience

  4. Outsourcing experience
