Facebook is now seeking an Agency Partner to work with the leading media agencies and wider relevant agency landscape in the Netherlands. In this role you will run a specific book of business as well as lead our efforts across channels, functions and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling cross-network marketing solutions to multi-channel advertisers and a proven ability to reach and influence executive level customers and drive new business. Additionally, you will have experience of working within a matrix organisation as well as leading, coaching and influencing people to generate positive results. You must have strong consultative sales skills, a collaborative and innovative spirit and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the Dutch sales team and the wider Benelux sales team and is pivotal to Facebook's Benelux success. This position reports into the Head of Agencies and is located in our Amsterdam office.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage the strategic relationships within an operating company, dealing with both traditional and digital media and execute Facebook global and local deals with agencies

  2. Develop strong C-level relationships within the top of the big 6 agencies in the Netherlands and influence all layers within the agency, incl CEO, MD and Managing Partners

  3. Support and develop entire agency to ensure excellent understanding of Facebook value proposition and products, with particular focus on planning and strategy teams

  4. Track revenue performance across the agency portfolio and determine corrective measures where needed

  5. Manage the acceleration of clients in own portfolio

  6. Support vertical and SMB teams in identifying and pitching transformational opportunities to clients

  7. Senior Point of Contact for the agency responsible for passing any opportunities/enquiries to the right contact within Facebook

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6 years+ proven successful experience in sales and marketing in a sales/commission-based role ideally in a media sales capacity to leading advertising agencies

  2. Leadership credibility and ability to influence, develop, and empower a team to achieve their best and flourish

    1. Professional network in place with senior agency contacts

    2. Relationships with top marketing decision makers at the largest companies and agencies

    3. Proven track record of successfully growing revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships

    4. Experience of working in matrix organizations

    5. Strong understanding of Facebook user behaviour and how technology works

    6. Strong passion for Facebook and our mission

    7. Fluent in Dutch and English
